If your question is not answered in our FAQ's or by one of our 'How to Videos' please contact your Virbac Territory Manager.


A: Passwords are not accessible to us on VIP 3. Please click on the forgotten password link under the sign in box on the home page. You will receive an automatic email within a few minutes, from which you can reset your password.


A: To check the status of your order, please visit the order tracking section of the website which can be found in the menu options located at the top of the VIP website. Your order status is updated at each step of the process and will state completed once.


A: Yes we can. Please let us know which designs you wish to be transferred onto your new account by emailing vip.support@virbac.co.uk.


A: To re-order please visit the orders department of the website which can be found in the "My Account" section, located in the main bar across the top of the website. Find what you wish to re-order and then click "more details" followed by the re-order button (blue button).


A: We have uploaded quick and handy 'How to' video guides onto our website where you can find short tutorials on how to use each section of the VIP website. You can find these videos in the 'How to' section under the 'help' menu.
