A: A csv file is a comma separated file which allows data from your practice management software to be saved in a structured format, which our website can recognise. In this instance it will contain placeholder information such as 'Client Name' 'Pet Name' 'Address Line 1' etc that will enable you to personalise your marketing material. It will appear in excel and to save an excel file as a .csv file, click 'save as' and select .csv in the 'save as type'.
