Q: My data has non-numeric characters in the column that contains my client’s mobile number. Will the text alert still work?

A: Yes. Our system has been designed to strip out non-numeric values.

Q: How long will it take for my text alert to reach my client?

A: Please allow up to one hour for your text alerts to reach your clients handset.

Q: Can I send sms alerts for anything other than booster reminders?

A: Please contact your Territory Manager if you wish to use the system for anything other than vaccine reminders.
